Well, let's get started on the good points, eh?
This has to be one of the cutest things I've seen all day, It's insanly adorable. I love the way you've changed the colours on the eyes, giving the efect of transparency where the light is, and how you've built the colours up with difference shades of blue. It's a nice technique.
Theres deffinatly room for improvment though, and trust me, I mean that in the nicest way possible, I adore how much you've improved within yor art and style, but hey, we can all expand a little, right? The only thing that's slightly bothering me at the moment is her left foot. It just seems at a jointed angle, if you straightened out the line representing her sole a little, I think it would flow a lot decently! But all in all, without rambling on and on, awesome piece of art!
